The IAM Engineer will help implement and continuously optimize Identity and Access Management services in line with evolving technologies and security regulations. This position will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining IAM technologies to ensure audit and privacy compliance, driving automation wherever possible. Performs other projects and duties as assigned. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: * Integrate IAM systems with applications for lifecycle management, provisioning, identity authentication, and developing connectors between IAM tools and system resources. * Implementation and maintenance of Azure AD to provide SSO and CA (Conditional Access) integration capabilities, and integration and oversight of other future SSO and CA solutions. * Maintain technical expertise in SailPoint Identity Now and other CSP (Cloud Service Provider) IAM technologies * Document creating best practices for identity governance and administration (i.e., provisioning, de-provisioning, privileged access management, access reviews, etc.) * Be self-directed, provide detailed estimates and work breakdown of typical activities leveraging an agile framework. * Take part in an after-hours on-call support rotation and implement solutions, patching and deployment activities after hours as needed. * Identification and troubleshooting access issues related to identity problems or identity integrations. Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Takes a professional approach relating to others, treats others with consideration and respect regardless of employee level. * Ability to adapt and manage frequent change, delays or unexpected events. * Knowledge of Information Technology systems security methods and procedures Industry and Work Experience: * 3+ years of related work experience in the Identity and Access Management field Academic: * High school diploma or GED required. * Bachelor's degree preferred.
