Seasonal (Seasonal) Job Title: Ski Technician Location: Telluride / Mountain Village, CO Terms: Seasonal, full and part time roles available (FT minimum 32 hours/week) Rate: $18/hour base wage, plus tips. Requirements: Expect weekend and holiday work. Daily operations broken into morning and evening shifts. No p revious experience required ! We have cultivated an extraordinary team culture through accountability and teamwork above all else . About the role: Ski technicians are the face of Ski Butlers. At its core, our technicians interact with customers daily by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations, complete on-mountain support services and pick up gear at the end of its use. With the help of iPads and our proprietary admin system, ski technicians combine the fields of technology, customer service, and efficiency to deliver legendary service for every customer, every time. Perks and Benefits: Free Ski Pass for Telluride Ski Resort for all Full Time employees (minimum 32 hours per week) Free Alterra Mountain Company Employee pass: Unlimited access to all AMC owned resorts Ability to upgrade to full Ikon Pass at heavily discounted rate Access to 645+ industry discounted brands Accrued sick time 401K benefit and match for ALL staff members over 21 years old Primary Responsibilities: Delivery: completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings while focusing on our Key Customer Requirements; On Time - arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time Communication - setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service Equipment - choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort Support: provide equipment support to our guests Pickup: all scheduled returns are brought back to the shop, sanitized, re-stickered and tuned for their next use Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels Packing orders for future delivery Setting up the next shift and future team members for success Secondary Responsibilities: Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing and general equipment maintenance Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice Restocking delivery vehicles with extra equipment Housing is a potential perk for full-time employees at Ski Butlers in Telluride. We have a master lease for a 4 bedroom unit in VCA from Nov 1st - May 1st. Housing is tied to your full time employment (a minimum of 32 hours per week) in good standing with us through the entirety of the season. Application Deadline: Recruiting timelines vary by position.
