In-Field Service Technician

We are looking to add a full-time in-field Service Technician to our team! Our goal is to fill this position with someone who can work independently on solving problems with product and installation. This individual must be dedicated and passionate about our customers and the product we sell.
Key Responsibilities:

Written outline of expectations to be followed thoroughly

Attend install training class with RbA install trainer. Including but not limited to, passing onsite class with quizzes/tests and hands-on, offsite, installation.

Fully complete service training from lead service tech and understand procedures implemented with both service and safety

Knowledge, Skills, and Expertise:

Have knowledge of our warranty and have insight on how to carry it through to the end

Experience with window and door installation

Experience with Renewal by Andersen windows and doors a major bonus

Ability to utilize all small tools including correctly reading a tape measure and use of large tools, including Sawzall, table saw, chop saw, nail gun, etc.

Ability to work independently and solve problems on the spot
