GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Technical Analyst, Quality (Lab) is responsible for monitoring, reporting, and auditing of the DaVita Labs Quality Management System and Quality Assurance programs in accordance with Federal and State regulations, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Agency (CLIA) and Good Clinical Laboratory Practices (GCLP). This position identifies opportunities, develops plans, and executes projects to ensure Continuous Quality Improvements meet CLIA and GCLP guidelines as well as clinical regulatory requirements of the College of American Pathologists (CAP) in collaboration with the clinical lab lane leaders and teammates. This position adheres to corporate standard policies and procedures related to job performance, customer interactions, employee relations, and information confidentiality. The position also reviews and maintains technical documents supporting the clinical lab and operations. This position reports to the Manager, Quality (Lab). ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the Quality Management System (including but not limited to):
Deviation or nonconformance management
Execution of audit program (including but not limited to internal, client, regulatory, and accrediting agency audits)
Responsible for quality related metrics
