What We Offer: Competitive pay based on years of experience Hourly + Weekly Pay Annual Safety Bonuses Outstanding Medical/Vision/Dental benefits Paid vacation & holiday Career Advancement Opportunities Uniforms, work boots & safety glasses provided Uniform Cleaning Service 401K & Stock Purchase eligibility Direct Deposit Pay Based on Skillset & Experience Add an extra $1.50 for shift differential Pay starting at $28+ Diesel Maintenance Technician (B): 1st shift: Tues-Sat, 7:00am-3:30pm 2nd shift: Mon-Fri, 2:00pm-10:30pm The Diesel Maintenance Tech (B),is responsible for repairing and maintaining all medium to heavy duty customer vehicles and equipment (class 8 semis, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) which includes routinely performing preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance to ensure efficient vehicle operations. The Diesel Maintenance Tech (B) will perform job duties independently with little to no supervision & must be equipped with personal tool box. Diesel Maintenance Tech (B) will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring Diesel Maintenance Tech (C) employees as needed Required Skills: Strong knowledge and understanding of medium to heavy duty diesel truck engines, possess diagnostic /troubleshooting skills, an understanding of how internal combustion gas and diesel engines work, as well as able to identify main components. Must possess computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite & other internal systems), strong communication and problem-solving skills.
