M&A Associate - Fall 2027 - Minneapolis, MN

Fredrikson is seeking a 3L law student to join our Minneapolis office as an entry-level associate in Fall 2027 with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:

* Demonstrated interest in M&A and private equity matters

* Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills

* Strong academic background

* J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School

* Ability to join the Firm as a new associate in Fall 2027

Ability to be admitted in the state of Minnesota by Fall 2027.

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $200,000 per year.
