Description
GAI Consultants is seeking a Project Technical Specialist 1 for substation-related work. This position will perform substation design, technical guidance/training/mentoring of staff, design reviews, QA/QC review, and enforcement related to all aspects of protection & controls design services. The successful candidate will work on various substation and/or protection and control engineering projects including detailed design for high voltage substation projects through 500kV, with a focus on a "Client First" approach to all interactions. Education
Bachelors of Engineering (required)
Experience
Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and/or Microstation (preferred)
10 years: Physical substation engineering design experience in projects ranging up to 500kv (required) Skills
