The Department of Computer Science and Engineering is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Graduate Student Affairs Coordinator to support our diverse and dynamic graduate programs, including the Computer Science PhD, Computer Science MS, Computer Engineering MS, Robotics MS, and Computational Data Science MS. Under the direct supervision of the Graduate Student Services Supervisor, this position plays a vital role in advising students and faculty on academic policies, procedures, and degree requirements. The role also involves coordinating key departmental events, assisting with graduate admissions and recruitment, and managing the annual updates of program materials. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of fostering a supportive academic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about student services and eager to contribute to the success of our graduate programs.

The full salary range for the Graduate Student Affairs Coordinator is $24.71 - $41.67 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $31.13 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
