Camp Door Monitor - Before and Afterschool Camp Programs (FALL 2024)

Responsible for maintaining constant surveillance of the camp entrances/exits/hallways and surrounding area. Greet visitors and report potential hazards to the Camp Director.

• Monitor entrances of Before/After-School Programs.
• Responsible for ensuring parents "sign-in" and "sign-out" their children daily.
• Prevent individuals from entering the building without approval.
• Prevent children from leaving the building without permission.
• Assist parents/guardians picking up children.
• Communicate effectively with parents, supervisors, students, and school leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to solve problems effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children (ages 3-12 years).
• Possess qualities of patience, flexibility, understanding, acceptance, and caring.
• Enjoy working with children.
