CRNA/CAA Opportunity for the Heart Team at Mercy Springfield- Springfield, MO

Mercy Hospital is seeking a CRNA to join our HEART team in Springfield, Missouri! We need additional CRNAs to meet the growing volumes of cases and exciting and rapid growth in the hospital across all procedure service lines.

This is an opportunity to practice under a medical supervision model and part of a team of 70+ CRNAs and 22 anesthesiologists. The heart team currently consists of 5 CRNAs. We are focused on providing an exceptional experience for our patients and physicians!

Position details:

• One day per week of 24 hour call (post call day off)
• Weekend call every 6 weeks (Start Friday 7a-Monday 7a, with the rest of Monday off)
• Cover all CT surgeries such as CABG (on and off pump); valve replacement/repairs, aortic dissections/repairs, thoractomies, robotic lung and robotic mediastinal surgeries, Cath lab valve repairs, electrophisiology procedures/ablations.
• Every 6th week OFF
• $50,000 commencement bonus
