  • Oversee system-wide clinical data analysis for CMS pay-for-performance initiatives.
  • Function as subject matter expert on Leapfrog & CMS programs (Star Ratings, IQR, OQR, HRRP, VBP, and HACRP).
  • Develop and execute strategic objectives aligned with industry trends and regulations to optimize value-based care.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and elevate care quality.
  • Lead data-driven initiatives focused on healthcare reform, including value-based purchasing, readmission, and HAC penalties.
  • Utilize predictive analytics to forecast performance across pay-for-performance metrics.
  • Analyze risk adjustment methodologies employed by various payers.
  • Partner with data analytics to integrate regulatory and methodological updates for various pay-for-performance and rating programs.
  • Evaluate existing analytical solutions to improve clinical and operational performance across the organization.
  • Conduct in-depth report analysis, interpret findings, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with providers and cross-functional teams to enhance care.

REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or related field.

2. Three (3) plus years of demonstrated experience in strategic initiative project management in a complex, multi facility environment.

3. 2 or more years of experience in managing performance improvement activities, including analyzing clinical workflow processes.

4. Knowledgeable of relevant national quality, patient safety and regulatory initiatives and ability to address these at a local level.

5. Demonstrated knowledge of health system operations.

6. Excellent communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both written and orally.

7. Strong analytical and organization skills.

8. Ability to work independently, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and meet required deadlines.

9. Strong knowledge of clinical care processes across all clinical disciplines in the continuum of care and demonstrated expertise in the application of clinical technology to these processes.

PREFERRED:
1. Master's Degree in Health Services related field.

2. Certification in CMQ, CPHQ, or other quality improvement methodology.

3. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Midas+

4. Demonstrated maturity, flexibility and capacity to navigate a complex structure with strong critical thinking, problem solving/conflict resolution skills 5. Strong business acumen and understanding of cross-industry business practices, market and competitive drivers.

6. Ability to see across the enterprise and identify potential risks and issues that impact other ongoing work efforts.

7. Strategic thinking and critical decision making at an enterprise level.
