We are seeking an experienced and visionary Remediation Practice Leader to join our team in Northern California. • Compliance and Reporting: Guarantee that all projects meet or exceed environmental regulations and standards. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure flawless execution.

• Site Assessment and Remediation: Conduct comprehensive site assessments and remediation activities, including hydrogeology and environmental risk management studies.
• Field Studies and Data Gathering: Perform field studies, data gathering, and sampling activities at sites, including soil and groundwater sampling, groundwater flow and hydrogeological data evaluation, chemical data and contaminant fate and transport evaluation, well installation, aquifer testing, and groundwater monitoring.
• Environmental Due Diligence and Compliance: Evaluate groundwater and soil remediation, conduct environmental due diligence, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage permit acquisition processes

• California PE
• California PG/ or ready to sit for exam within one year of employment.
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred in geology, hydrogeology, civil/environmental engineering, or other related science
• Familiarity with Northern California (North and Bay Area).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a high-performing team. Strong business acumen with a knack for business development. Working understanding of project management systems and strong project management skills.
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER Certification
• Valid Driver's license (required)

The pay range for this California position is $90,000.00- $120,000.00 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
