Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following; other duties may be assigned) Responsible for quantitative analysis to price and access the risk of structured energy transactions, physical assets, and potential strategic transactions. Identifies sources of value/risk and through financial modeling determines expected value and portfolio level risk implications. Communicates extensively with all levels of management regarding each component of opportunities to stakeholders. Identifies/improves upon any model shortcomings or simplifying assumptions and communicates limitations of analysis. Supports the continued development of modeling infrastructure and knowledge base of the overall Structuring team. Key Activities
