The Cultural Belonging (CUBE) Program aims to address program adaptation to improve Utah State University Extension efforts in serving communities from different backgrounds by providing foundational cultural pedagogy, core technical and personal competencies training, and support for culturally customized programming, promoting alignment with the unique needs of Utah's diverse population. The CUBE Program Coordinator is a new position responsible for overseeing the implementation and coordination of the programing in USU extension offices and programs statewide. This position works under the direction of the CUBE program statewide Director. The coordinator will establish a systematic process for ongoing assessment of USU Extension areas' needs and create educational content or identify evidence-based options to address identified needs effectively. This position is budgeted for 2 years, but may be longer contingent upon funding. This position is telework eligible within the state of Utah. Responsibilities
