The mission of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences is to provide educational programs and services that promote and support excellence in teaching and innovative scholarship in the arts, humanities, and social sciences.
Our Programs
The College's eight academic programs and services are both attractive and accessible to a diverse student body, including first time freshmen, transfer students, adult learners, military-affiliated students, and international students. To facilitate degree attainment and life long success, the College enhances opportunities for students with diverse needs by offering professional academic advising and mentoring. The College provides guidance and accountability for its academic departments and support units as they seek to improve their academic programs through strategic planning and assessment, as well as specialized accreditation and program review.

Adjunct positions are employed for one semester of one year only on a part-time or full-time basis.
Rank is dependent upon credentials. |
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: |
Ph.D. or Master's degree with 18 credit hours in the desired teaching discipline. Experience with Online Education delivery is beneficial. All degrees must be from accredited institutions. Individual programs require specific licensure/certification. |
