Summary

Performs complete echocardiographic study integrating all imaging modalities necessary to obtain all pertinent patient data for diagnostic purposes. Sonographer will specialize in transthoracic echocardiographic studies according to departmental and IAC protocol (which consist of M-mode, two-dimensional echocardiograms, color flow, pulsed wave and continuous wave Doppler). Document completely and accurately patient data and echo exam information utilizing current information management system and follows appropriate billing for procedures.
