Overview Establishes, directs, and oversees the corporation's data strategy, governance infrastructure, policies, standards and practices, while maintaining an overall strategic perspective that guides data acquisitions, organization, analyses and utilization in support of the corporation's operational objectives. These strategies are designed to create business value from existing data structures and to identify opportunities for additional value from data both within the business and in combination with additional data sources, outside the corporation. Serves as a steward of the business in supporting data validation, controls, protection and monitoring to help ensure data integrity and compliance with applicable regulations. Also serves as a liaison with the business to ensure that data is collected, stored, shared, protected, and transmitted in a manner consistent with corporate standards. Seeks out program, process and technological improvements and innovations. Proactively addresses potential data issues by working to minimize ambiguity, establishing clear accountabilities and disseminating data related information and procedures to all data stakeholders. Leads by applying both subject matter knowledge and data management expertise in the enhancement of current data integrity assurance processes, the design of an effective overall data architecture, the organization and definition of all key data elements and the institution of data analytics as a core competency for better understanding and positioning the business for success. This includes but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance risks impacting their department(s), ensuring compliance with applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management. Pay Transparency To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges on all job postings regardless of state. We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The salary range for this position is $175,000.00 - $291,700.00 annually. Additional Compensation Components This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
