$13.32 - $16.66 an hour
Monday - Friday
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 1. Mow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edgers. 2. Operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, power blowers, weed eaters, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws. 3. Perform parking lot maintenance such as removal of trash, limbs, or other debris. Shovel snow from walks, driveways, or parking lots. 4. Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls. 5. Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes. 6. Gather and remove grass clippings, leaves, branches, and other litter and dispose of them properly. 7. Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders. 8. Assists with building maintenance, custodial services, and event set-up. 9. Performs all tasks in a safe and timely manner to meet deadlines required for normal daily operations. Follows all Safety, Security, and PPE requirements. 10. Perform other duties such as hauling, lifting, carrying, and other physical tasks as required to support the overall mission of the Cooperative. 11. The ability to handle stress and work well with others are essential functions of this position. 12. Performs any other related duties as required or assigned. Minimum Qualifications

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds; Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision; and distance vision, depth perception; and ability to adjust focus.
