PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The TM Ops & Analytics Manager is responsible for leading the TM Ops & Analytics team and leading the oversight and maintenance of all TM products/services technology in support of the Treasury Management strategic plan. The team will be responsible for all TM operational analytics and reporting throughout the bank.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Plans & executes on the product roadmap to support client requirements through collaboration with Treasury Management. Accountable to the Director of Digital Banking Ops & Analytics for the execution of all TM Ops & Analytics functions.
2. Supports large scale change initiatives to address industry, client and business requirements.
3. Provides leadership and direction to the TCS Operations & Analytics Team.
4. Collaborate with the TCS Onboarding and TCS Service management for the implementation, training and support of TM Ops delivery systems and products.
5. Provides high level support for Commercial & Government TM clients' technical needs.
6. Creates new product/service policies and procedures and incorporates them into the Treasury Management Policy and Procedure documents. Coordinate with Onboarding, Service and Operational teams when appropriate.
7. Leverages subject matter expertise in driving conversations and/or influencing decisions/direction with business stake holders and Technology.
8. Drives consistent improvements in process and execution creating high quality and efficiency to TM Ops & Analytics.
9. Provide leadership with financial and management reporting, performance management, hiring resources and operational oversight.
10. Establishes clearly defined control monitoring strategy and plan with visibility to results.
11. Creates executive level presentations as needed.
12. Provides reporting feedback and support for the team.
13. Provide updates as necessary on process, procedures, etc. to the TM department leadership.
14. Develops, implements and sustains reporting routines for group objectives, including periodic progress reporting on those plans.
15. Manages all ad-hoc administrative tasks and reporting.
16. Centrally guides, directs and facilitates the execution of the Department's ongoing monitoring activities and disseminates this information to appropriate risk and compliance managers.
17. Creates, maintains and executes escalation routines that alert partner and impacted internal groups.
18. Responsible for maintaining and updating all TCS Operations documents and assisting with TCS Onboarding and TCS Service documentation in partnership with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Credit and Operations.
19. Day-to-day/Operational contact for product and service-related vendors.
20. Develops TM Ops & Analytics planning documents, goals and budgets.
21. Assists in the development of training materials for Treasury products and services in partnership with Treasury Management.
22. Performs and/or coordinates ongoing maintenance and upgrade testing for assigned application systems.

Experience & Education
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of management experience with some P&L responsibility and Treasury product experience preferred.
* Minimum of 7-10 years of related bank Operations and Treasury product management experience.
Internal and External Contacts
* Initiates and receives frequent external contacts from customers and industry-related individuals.
* Frequent contact with all levels of management and branch personnel.
* Contact with vendors and other service providers as required.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
Office environment. Ability to operate a computer. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information with individuals and groups. Ability to travel throughout Bank footprint.
