About the Role:

team as an Associate Technical Account Manager (ATAM) and be part of the
forefront of innovation in the Co-working/ Flex space industry! As an ATAM for our co-working software
solution, your main role will be to provide top-notch customer support,
focusing on troubleshooting and resolving software issues over phone and email across
Yardi's diverse suite of products. You will have the opportunity to work with
cutting-edge software solutions, gaining valuable expertise and becoming a
subject matter expert in the field. Your contribution will go beyond just
support - you will actively collaborate with our team to drive continuous
improvements and advancements in our products, ensuring our clients receive
nothing but the best and stay ahead in a competitive market.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional customer
    support, going above and beyond to assist clients in troubleshooting and
    resolving issues promptly.
  • Assists with data mapping and
    conversion, and user training.
  • Develop a comprehensive
    understanding of the product you support, enabling you to efficiently test new
    software functionality, data fixes, and set-ups.
  • Assist with continued software
    integrations, maintenance, and updates in collaboration with clients.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert
    (SME) offering valuable insights and expertise on product features and best
    practices relevant to clients in the application of Yardi products.
  • Identify ancillary products and
    services that align with client business and operational needs and goals.
  • Conduct training sessions for
    clients on new software upgrades and functionality, ensuring they are equipped
    to leverage the latest features.
  • Collaborate
    closely with Client Services team members across the globe, actively
    contributing to the collective success of the team.

Who
You Are:

  • Bachelor's
    degree in accountancy or relevant experience in related field.
  • High
    comfort level with troubleshooting and providing support over phone and email,
    effectively assisting customers remotely.
  • Proficiency
    with Microsoft 365 desktop applications.
  • Outstanding
    written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to provide exceptional support
    to customers.
  • Strong
    customer service skills and a genuine desire to go the extra mile to ensure
    client satisfaction.
  • Excellent
    attention to detail and the ability to follow processes diligently, ensuring
    accuracy and efficiency.
  • Flexibility
    and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, ensuring efficient management
    of tasks and projects.

Ideal to have:

  • Previous technical support and
    application troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of accounting
    practices.
  • Basic competence in one of more of
    the following areas: Microsoft operating and network system operation,
    relational databases, and SQL/Oracle language.
  • Prior experience working with
    property management or real estate software.
