Job Summary This position will take direction from and generally report to the Legal function of NAHC in St. Louis, specifically to Compliance Counsel. This position will support both the compliance legal function and the ethics & compliance regional office functions in St. Louis, as directed by management. This individual will work very independently. This position will reside in the United States of America and will be based in the NAHC St. Louis Headquarters.This position will be responsible for all aspects of compliance program management and strategy, and will be responsible for developing and improving ethics and compliance programs, monitoring compliance performance, investigating and managing hotline reports and other requests or disclosures, developing and implementing ethics and compliance training and communications, drafting and revising policies, and enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as providing general guidance on compliance matters. This position will also include direct contact and management of 3rd party requests for code of conduct certifications, maintenance of compliance systems, reporting and analytics, data validation and processing, and other support of ethics & compliance management in the Americas region as requested and appropriate. If you have prior experience working in compliance, legal, accounting, auditing, systems administration, or other operations experience in the manufacturing sector, we need you on our team.
