Senior Facilities Support Specialist

Cape Fox subsidiary Eagle Health, LLC is accepting resumes for a Senior Facility Support Specialist to provide services to thePension Benefit Guaranty Corporation located at:445 12th Street, S.W., Washington, DC 20024. The hours are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.This position requires a high level of consistency in the areas of customer service, attention to detail, and the delivery of quality results.

Duties:

• Supervise other Facility Support Specialists.
• Oversee thata clean and organized work environment is maintained including wiping down desks, cleaning 30+ refrigerators quarterly (inside & out), weekly cleaning of microwaves (inside & out), weekly cleaning of Keurig coffee makers, disposing of used coffee pods, and rinsing out pod containers.
• Conduct quality management activities, including defining quality expectations.
• Implement performance metrics to measure task quality and identify improvement areas.
• Provide training to staff to address skill gaps and enhance performance.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and documenting standardized process.
• Allot tasks among team members based on workload and individual strengths.
• Oversee and manage the supply inventory.
• Establish cleaning standard and oversee the cleaning of appliances.
• Establish and distribute communications regarding cleaning schedules.
• Identify and relay complex inquires to the PM or designated contacts.
• Organize and prepare materials and files.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
