Gensler's Dallas office is seeking an experienced individual to lead and expand our Culture & Museums Sector. From museums, to theaters, to community-based centers, Gensler creates purposeful, elevated experiences that welcome, educate, and entertain diverse audiences and resonate with museum and cultural institution clients, donors, staff, and stakeholders. Gensler is an entrepreneurial, collaborative, non-centralized and non-hierarchical organization. The road map for success will require you to build on the collective excellence of the leaders alongside of you to set and achieve common goals. Your success will be based in the knowledge and patience to provide guidance to a variety of team members, advising and supporting where necessary. Your Role In order to partner with our clients and project teams to deliver best-in-class strategy and design, Practice Area Leaders must have deep knowledge and expertise in project delivery and thought leadership . Working in collaboration with the Dallas Office leadership and Global/Regional Leaders, you will seek to grow and leverage the capabilities of the Dallas and regional teams to lead Culture & Museums projects, and build this practice in the South Central Region.
