Oracle Help Desk Analyst

Amyx is seeking to hire a Oracle General Ledger expert to support our DAI Help Desk in the DC area. Will be supporting many agencies in the General Ledger modules in Oracle, including Budgets, federal accounting, and sub-ledger activities. The project supports sustainment activities for 24 different agencies.

Experience with maintenance support of Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials of Budget to Report (B2R), with a good working knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Acquire to Retire (A2R), and Order to Cash (O2C)

• • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and functionally support SDLC for break fix solutions/production enhancements based upon best practices
  • Strong hands on expertise in SQL . Well versed in Federal Financial schemas ,joins ,tables etc for Oracle subledgers and GL.
  • Experienced in GL/FV/SLA, with special focus on hands-on ability to analyze and configure SLA
  • Experienced with sub-ledger accounting in the areas of AP, IBY,CM,FA, AR, PA, and FV
  • Experienced in working with Federal Budgets, Continuing Resolution Authority, Reprogramming and Rescissions, Prior Period Adjustments, Creating and Posting Journals
  • Experienced in key reporting requirements such as Fund Management, Budget Execution, Treasury Requirements
  • Experience with reviewing and executing Month-End Close and Federal Year End Close/Year Begin procedures
  • Proven hands on experience in creating and delivering E2E Subledger accounting solutions (AP,AR,PA,FV,CM,PO,A2R). This will include creating any custom code needed as part of the prototype.
  • Well versed in Subledger E2E flows and federal accounting .
  • Should be able to independently research and understand functional requirements as well as code for creating a comprehensive posting logic solution.
  • Should be able to create program units for pattern analysis across DAI for agency wide business process verifications . This is prerequisite for creating comprehensive test cases.
  • Strong delivery skills in a multi stakeholder environment (Subledger teams, DFAS, OSD etc)

Required:

• Oracle P2P for federal environment experience.
• Knowledge of federal procurement processes in Oracle.
• Bachelor's degree (will consider experience in lieu of education)
• Five or more years of DoD and/or Federal Oracle EBS implementation experience

Salary : 90/110K
