Site Manager

Job Description:

Provide coordination regarding staffing, scheduling and quality assurance for contract personnel in a 24/7 operational environment. Support mentorship/guidance of large workforce supporting real-time operations, specifically regarding SIGINT Airborne ISR.

May need to support shift operations.

The Site Manager shall possess the following capabilities:

• Strong understanding of the SIGINT Airborne ISR mission.
• Ability to support complex shift work scheduling.
• Possess strong leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate with client leadership

Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of experience managing operations, mission management, personnel management and employee supervision.
• Five (5) years of experience producing geolocation solutions.
• Must be able to support 365/24/7 operations.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Pay Range: Competitive
