Job Description:

The Physical Therapist I must intervene appropriately meeting the needs of patients with impaired mental, vision, hearing, or mobility.

Job Duties:

• The Physical Therapist I shall evaluate and treat patients; maintain communication with doctors and other health personnel; and supervise PTAs, aides, volunteers, support staff, and students.
• The Physical Therapist I will assist with education for the physical therapy staff, hospital staff, and community at large.
• The Physical Therapist I follows hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Licensed or eligible for license by the Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy.
