Job Tasks: 1. Type correspondence, make calls, answer telephone, route calls, take messages, provide information. Operate general office equipment for various office materials. 2. Process applications for the Free and Reduced Meal Program/Federal Programs and communicate information to participants. Provide support for auditsof Federal Programs. 3. Perform data entry for MCS/Heartland Solutions. Process and compile department reports, files and Federal Program applications. Maintain filing & record keeping system. 4. Support Child Nutrition staff. Assist with projects and compiling reports as needed. 5. Greet and assist visitors, answer telephone, route calls and utilize MCS/Heartland Solutions systems to provide information for Federal Program questions. D 4% 6. Sort and distribute mail. Process mass mailings. Order, deliver and inventory supplies. Process purchase orders and warehouse orders. 7. Attend work and arrive in a timely manner. 8. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: -High school diploma, completion of G.E.D., or equivalent vocational school or short term courses -At least one year and up to and including two years of experience -Criminal background check required for hire -Valid Colorado driver's license | |
