Our client is looking for Office Receptionist (preferably bilingual) to work Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Main Responsabilities: Responsible for answering 2-6 phone lines Data entry Transferring calls and filling out documents Submitting, scanning and attaching documents Greeting and assisting people The ideal candidate would need 1-2 years of similar experience and be able to multitask in a busy environment This candidate will be the first point of contact in a professional environment, so you must be reliable and professional. Pay rate for this position is $16/hr or Based on experience
