The Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), part of the State University of New York and an internationally renowned college of art, design, business and technology with a strong emphasis on liberal arts, invites nominations and applications for an Operations & Budget Planning Manager. Job Description: The Operations & Budget Planning Manager (CBA Title: Executive Assistant/Concierge) for the Center for Continuing and Professional Studies (CCPS) reports directly to the CCPS Executive Director, assisting or representing this individual as requested. The responsibilities of the position are performed under the general direction of the Executive Director within three broad mandates, which are:
The Operations & Budget Planning Manager will manage the Accounts Supervisor. Given the evening and weekend nature of the department, there might be a need during key times of the school year to work evenings (11 am - 7 pm) and/or weekends (Saturday 9 am to 5 pm), but not to exceed a five-day work week. Salary Salary: $86,025.55 per year The UCE-FIT Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) dictates the compensation, benefits, and conditions of employment. Hiring Salary: $86,025.55 per year with step increments per Salary Schedule 95, after one year of service and annually thereafter.
