SECRETARY II

Secretary IIperforms clerical and routine administrative activities for the Division of Plastic Surgery. He/she prioritizes assignments and organizes functions to ensure effective office operations.

Please note: This position is stationed at the Hutch Atrium, 1776 Eastchester Road, 2nd Floor - Suite 200, Bronx, NY 10461. The position may travel to multiple Bronx based locations as needed.

Education/Skills required:

*High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred

*Three years secretarial experience required

*Previous experience with Plastic Surgery and/or General Surgical Practice, surgical scheduling and insurance authorization process strongly preferred.

*Ability to type 45WPM

*Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlookand Excel preferred

*Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
