Includes direct administrative support and supervision of the practice manager and office managers associated with each practice, ensures that physicians are appropriately credentialed for all managed care plans, and that billing processes and procedures are in place to maximize professional revenue. Ensures that the appropriate number and level of support staff are available to support the practice operations in each location. Works with accounting staff to develop financial reports for each practice and reviews that information with appropriate physicians.
