Pay Range: $105,887 - $121,000
Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of APICS projects, including a critical IT infrastructure component for the Remelt locations in North America. The person in this role will define, plan, track, and manage the project, identify and manage key resources, and provide the direction needed to meet project objectives. This position reports to the Manager of S/4 Solution and Program Delivery, Americas.

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT/Business or related field
  • Proficiency in Project Management methodologies (PMI, Prince2, Agile/Scrum)
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP project delivery
  • 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably steel or aluminum)
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or MES systems
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure aspects (networking, server setup and hosting, security, cloud computing) and technical aspects (PLCs, scanners, printers, etc.)

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong solution-building and people management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in an on-site/offshore delivery model
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
  • Solution-oriented and consensus-seeking approach

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all project goals and milestones are achieved on time and within budget
  • Manage and lead four teams (SAP, MES, Infrastructure, and Data Migration) to achieve set goals and objectives
  • Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, deliverables, and resource plans
  • Establish a communication management plan
  • Oversee the project budget to ensure cost control
  • Manage client escalations and expectations
  • Prepare and present executive summaries to senior management and periodically report to all stakeholders
  • Travel up to 50% of the time
