As a Financial Analyst will be involved in all facets of the deal, from prospecting for tenants to the initial conversations with the clients to assisting throughout the entire lease process. This position will underwrite and investigate potential lease transactions for office properties through Atlanta. Furthermore, this position is part of a collaborative environment with clients, real estate brokers, brokerage administrative assistants, and marketing professionals.

What you bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance and/or Real Estate is required.
  • 1-2 years' experience in real estate, capital markets or corporate finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience in a similar financial analyst role is preferred, especially experience with commercial real estate brokerage firms.
  • Ability to shift priorities and deliver projects on a timely basis
  • Well organized, results-oriented with excellent time management skills



Bonus skills and experience



  • Commercial real estate experience
  • Licensed Real Estate Agent
  • Experience with Salesforce, CoStar and Real Capital Analytics



What success looks like



  • You excel in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to deliver results to the highest accuracy in terms of financial analysis.
  • You will analyze/underwrite office lease transactions and provide cash flow analyses in Excel, as needed and on a timely basis.
  • You will create and maintain comparable building summaries tracking rental rate changes, occupancy changes with a detailed understanding of each building.
  • You will work with broker, clients, lenders, attorneys, etc. to assist with the leasing process by managing checklists.
  • You will provide market analysis for business development and assist brokers in ad-hoc tasks
  • You will compile a database of near-term tenant maturities by using CoStar and similar databases to assist brokers source additional business.
  • You will maintain stacking plans, floor plans, rent rolls along with property information on listing services such as CoStar.
