WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE Your core responsibility is to book appointments with prospective customers through both inbound and outbound calls. This includes following a script, overcoming objections, making a human connection, and ensuring good, quality sales appointments for our in-home Design Consultants. Convert both inbound and outbound phone calls into qualified sales appointments and communicate with prospective customers using the company prescribed methodology. * Serve as the main point of contact for inbound calls from homeowners seeking our services, providing and professional and informative assistance. * Make outbound calls to from internal database to potential customers. Cold calls are not allowed. No cold calls allowed. * Coordinate and schedule appointments with customers. * Navigate through various software programs and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. * Receive and implement real time/in-person feedback and direction from supervisor to ensure customer service quality is met. * Identify heightened customer calls and escalate in real time to supervisor appropriately. * Participate in onsite, ongoing hands-on training sessions and implement new strategies and skills. * Responsible for working collaboratively across the team to allow for faster problem solving and knowledge sharing. SCHEDULE | PAY This position requires someone comfortably connecting with people. You will be responsible for booking meetings each day as well as making high volume calls. As for hours, shifts are full time at 40 hours, and everyone works one weekend day. Sunday-Thursday and Tuesday-Saturday. We are open 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Our base pay is $18/hr but a portion of your income is from our bonuses and incentive program! The bonus program will be discussed in your last round interview. WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON - Being in office (not a remote position) with reliable transportation and valid drivers license - 1+ Years experience working in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment, can be in person or over the phone. - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal communication skills - Professional phone voice with proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills - A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively as a team member.
