Install, repair, inspect, and maintain electrically powered, life safety, public address, intrusion control, etc. systems, devices, equipment, components, etc. serving the MPS District to ensure integrity and the safety of the building occupants. Function as a Project Management Assistant to estimate, plan and oversee projects completed by contractors as required to assure compliance with contract standards, details, specifications and deadlines. Navigate and monitor Computerized Maintenance Management Software system (preferably AssetWORKS) for trade related work orders, various data, budget targets, etc. Operates and maintains equipment related to the trade.
