• APP - Neurocritical Care - Neurosciences Advanced Practice Provider (PA/APN)
• Location: Northwest Community Hospital - Arlington Heights, IL
• Hours: Full-time, 40-hours per week
• Call: Rotating, shared between APP team
• Weekends: Rotating, shared between APP team
• Holidays: Rotating, shared between the APP team

General Summary:

Opportunity to become a self-sufficient Advanced Practice Provider (APP) as a part of the Spine Neurosurgery Program, including the full spectrum of Spine Neurosurgery patients from minimally invasive surgeries to two-day long complex spine reconstructions. Join a growing team of experienced APPs (PAs and NPs) and Neurosurgeons as we build an innovative Spine Neurosurgery program with state-of-the-art operating rooms and technology.

What you'll need

• License: Advanced Practice Provider Licensure (PA-C or APN-CNP) in the State of Illinois required;FederalDEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Education: Completion of accredited program from either Masters level Physician Assistant Program OR Advanced Practice Nurse Graduate/Doctoral Level Nursing Program
• Certifications: BLS/CPR certification and ACLS certification required
• Experience: Prior Advanced Practice Provider experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred but not required
