| Job Description: About the Position Title: Executive Assistant to CFO Reports to: SVP & Chief Financial Officer Location: Norwalk, CT / hybrid Relocation: No Position Overview The Executive Assistant to CFO will play a key role in Terex by providing the full range of executive level administrative support to the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer and other members of Terex's senior leadership team, as needed. The Executive Assistant to CFO will manage tasks normally associated with this type of role and will have the opportunity to play a key role with investor relations activities, so a finance background is a plus! Responsibilities
 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 
 
 
 
 Prepare executive / C-suite PowerPoint presentations 
 Coordinate frequent domestic and international travel, including preparing itineraries; obtaining visas, passports and other travel documents; and modifying arrangements, as necessary 
 Manage calendar in a fast-paced environment, including extensive scheduling, assessing conflicts and informing leaders of commitments, ensuring time is available for issues that arise, and making changes as needed 
 Participate in investor relations activities, such as: research in investor database software and the Internet, preparation of presentations for investors and the Board of Directors, scheduling meetings with investors / analysts, etc. 
 Plan and coordinate large scale virtual meetings with, for example, the global finance team and all of Terex 
 Plan and coordinate on-site and off-site in-person meetings, including location, travel, and food 
 Participate in and record meeting minutes for staff meetings 
 Monitor incoming emails; review and flag important matters 
 Prepare and process expense reports in a timely manner 
 Manage and process invoices in a timely manner 
 Maintain files 
 Provide back-up support to CEO Executive Assistant as needed 
 Prepare ad hoc Excel reports and 
 
 
 Required Qualifications 
 
 
 
 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience or equivalent in global, publicly traded organization, preferably providing support for CFO or direct reports to CFO 
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; including complex Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentation design and Teams (including Teams meetings, webinars, and live events) 
 Associate degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting

 Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting 
 Finance background a plus, such as basic understanding of company financials and variance analysis

 Travel: Minimal travel anticipated The compensation range for this position is $31.15 - 46.73 Hourly.
