As a Vestas Site Manager you'll use your skills and experience to coordinate and develop teams that model Vestas values and produce high-level results against key performance indicators and operational goals. Key accountabilities include safety leadership, operational quality, and financial performance.

Responsibilities



  • You will need a safety-focused mindset to ensure optimal safety results supervising a team that demonstrates safe behaviors
  • Your positive attitude will contribute to your ability to develop a culture of engagement, quality, and continuous improvement at the site. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the continuous improvement plan.
  • You have an ability to supervise an operation with a high delegation of responsibility to team members
  • You will be engaged in technical problem solving, handle the site budget, promote operational efficiency, and handle customer accounts and service contracts
  • You will build and foster effective internal and external partnerships. Identify the need to collaborate and do so across internal departments to resolve customer concerns. You demonstrate professional customer focus at all times, improving their satisfaction and loyalty. Ensure that all company policy and customer contractual obligations are met
  • You will be responsible for the site budget, cost allocations/management and full understanding of operational revenues, direct costs, CM and overall health and trajectory of the cost centers

Qualifications



  • You have at least 3+ years' experience in leading people
  • Management, planning and coordinating experience
  • Solid ability to work cross functionally
  • Confident Microsoft Office user
  • Fluent in English
