Position Summary: Johns Hopkins HealthCare LLC Innovation business unit is undergoing significant transformation and focus in its vision, mission, and key focus areas. The Senior Product Manager reports to the Director of Product Development. Senior Product Manager is responsible for driving the development and management of one or more products within Solutions' digital health or analytics product portfolios, with specific focus on the commercialization of the ACG System. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for working with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze market needs and gather user feedback to inform new ACG System product features and development. The candidate serves as the primary subject matter expert on the product, understanding the competitive landscape; the product features and the end user experience. The position will have responsibility for gathering requirements from a variety of stakeholders; working closely with the technical development team, sales and marketing team, and with the customer engagement team to articulate the product value to external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully launching health software products in a B2B setting, driving product engagement and working as part of a team to prioritize product features as part of a broader roadmap, having specific knowledge and expertise in the ACG System. USER AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Competencies: Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, health care, information technology or a related field is required Knowledge: Expert knowledge of the ACG System, product development lifecycle and working in an Agile framework required. Knowledge of digital health and or healthcare SaaS programs is an asset. Working knowledge of product management tools, like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps required. Knowledge of reporting analysis tools like SQL, PowerBI an asset. Skills- High level of interpersonal skills, written and oral communication necessary to interface with various levels of management as well as faculty, vendor and client interaction. Ability to work independently and meet scheduled timeframes; manage multiple vendor relationships and product development cycles simultaneously; and prepare oral and/or written presentations to senior management. Ability to communicate requirements to technical team and reports and outcomes to customer engagement management team. Ability to identify opportunities to deliver products at scale, efficiently while maintaining high quality high value products Work Experience- Requires 5+ years' directly related experience managing or developing healthcare software products. 3+ years' directly working as part of a product management or development team, with demonstrated responsibility for at least one product.
