At Johns Hopkins Hospital, the department is responsible for providing acute care pharmacy services for a diverse population of medical and surgical patients, with additional services provided within the Johns Hopkins Outpatient Center and affiliated clinics. Within the department, there are 45 acute care and primary care clinical pharmacy specialists as well as 31 general and specialized pharmacy residents. The Investigational Drug Service (IDS) Pharmacy division at The Johns Hopkins Hospital (JHH) is recruiting for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as Oncology IDS Operations Manager. This position will provide oversight of Oncology IDS operations in both Weinberg Oncology Pharmacy and the Viragh-1 Oncology IDS Pharmacy. This management position provides oversight for Oncology IDS operations, staffing, and protocol support for clinical trial teams and care for research participants. The Operations Manager is responsible for daily management of all operational activities, human resource functions, supervisory oversight for pharmacists and technicians, overseeing protocols, and working collaboratively with other pharmacy divisions. Minimum Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum 52.76 per hour - Maximum 92.35 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
