You are:

Concentric, Part of Accenture Song, is seeking a Client Solutions Lead who will act as a liaison between the ConcentricLife teams and the Accenture Song Client Account Leaders, working to expand and development client relationships from both sides. This person will be responsible for exploring the impact of decisions beyond immediate business need and takes timely and suitable action. This person motivates and inspires others through transparent expression of ideas and fosters a collaborative work philosophy within and amongst teams. They lead in the creation of a work environment that encourages and reinforces positive and productive team relationships. They actively engage in opening opportunities to team members to provide growth. Through example, they encourage teammates to take personal responsibility. They are accepted and sought after for coaching and mentoring. As an active member of the senior management team, they lead the way to advance the agencys mission and businessidentifying opportunities and turning them into realities.

The work:

  • Start in a new business-like role targeted at 1-2 clients to develop senior relationships and sell in ConcentricLife solutions directly and in partnership with Accenture Client Account Leads / teams.
  • Embedded with the client with the purpose of developing that relationship.
  • Strategic and familiar with health care agency solutions, preferably within the targeted therapeutic area of the client they are matched with- perhaps with past work on that client or existing relationships.
  • Excel at identifying clients needs and articulating an agency approach for solving for their objectives. Strong account background with a bend towards sales.
  • Solution in real time with clients and pull through the model
  • Open to different candidate backgrounds across the Pharma Advertising space (high level strategy, creative or account background).
  • Comfortable being tactical and rolling up their sleeves when needed. Should be excited about our brand building
  • BD at network level- Deep procurement relationships, who has played that role.

Heres what youll need:

  • 10+ years of experience working in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency driving client solutions.

Bonus points if:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
