POSITION TYPE: Seasonal - Part Time/Full Time PAY RANGE - $16.00 to $26.00 / hour SUPERVISORY: No SUPERVISED BY: Grooming Manager POSITION SUMMARY The Groomer operates heavy construction equipment and/or snow grooming equipment with attachments. This person operates heavy equipment in an efficient manner on an as needed basis and grooms trails with the objective of providing an enjoyable skiing surface for guests. He/she knows capability of machinery and understands maintenance functions and gauges. This position requires a pre-employment Drug Screen and any offer is conditional based on the MVR Driver Verification background check. Applicants should be 18 years or older. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Education : High School diploma or GED Experience : Previous snowmaker and trail crew experience preferred. Understanding the mechanics of snow movement and nomenclature of equipment is desirable. License/Certifications - Driver's License - MVR Background Check is processed post job offer.
