*Senior Technical Specialist

Linxx Global Solutions, LLC (Linxx) is currently seeking an experienced Senior Tech with a minimum of 10 years in the field to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of network infrastructure and security, exhibit proficiency in server operating systems, and demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.

These positions are contingent upon contract award. This position is not at a specific location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize 10+ years of experience to provide comprehensive support in network infrastructure and security, covering firewalls, switches, NAS, WAP, VLANs, IoT, and DMZs.
• Possess extensive knowledge of server operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Unix.
• Offer remote assistance to clients through screenshare, emails, and phone calls, ensuring effective troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Willingness to travel onsite when required to support various clients located in the Hampton Roads Area.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service while being self-motivated to meet or exceed set expectations.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Proficiency in network infrastructure and security concepts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of server operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Unix.
• Proven ability to support customers remotely and onsite as needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Position Type: Part-time remote salary.
• Average Work Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week; flexibility required based on client needs.
• Work Schedule: Non-standard, with on-call availability Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and occasional weekend and after-hours support.
