Application Analyst - Lead - Change Management

Baptist Health is looking for an Application Analyst - Lead - Change Management to join our team. The position is remote and requires residency in KY or IN

Under general direction, responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting. This position will serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational change management processes. This includes impact assessment, communication, tracking and metric reporting of proposed system changes. Position will help drive a culture of continuous improvement for change management and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data integrity. Position will work closely with CMDB data and act as a leader for ensuring CMDB configuration items are up to date. Ensures that software builds and changes meet organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use. Will participate in moderate to large projects as team member representing Change Management processes and procedures.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience

• Minimum of four years direct experience in lieu of degree

• Experience with Ivanti ITSM and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes preferred
