A DAY IN THE LIFE In this position you'll use your skills and experience to perform scheduled service, fault analysis/troubleshooting, and potential main component or blade work on wind turbines. During a typical day, you will work at heights and in confined spaces, while being exposed to the elements of weather. At this site near Cheyenne Wells, CO, you will typically have shifts 4 days a week at 10-12 hours a day, with guaranteed overtime opportunities! You also will have an on-call rotation schedule for off-work hours or weekends. The team here normally works in teams of 2-3 and typically will climb 1-2 turbines a day.
