Job Overview:

The Practice Administrator (PA) is accountable for the administration of new and existing practice locations within a pod of TriHealth Physician Practices (TPP) which may include collaboration with a dyad role, Associate/Medical Director. The PA assists, facilitates, coordinates, and oversees operations for practices, practice managers, provides data for analysis of business growth and works on special projects as directed. They promote innovative and "best" practice operations to maximize the performance of multiple locations. This position collaborates with TPP/TriHealth leadership and TPP specialty departments leadership to ensure constant and consistent improvements are happening in the health and well-being of our patients through standardized practices, systems, safety, policies / procedures and assists in the implementation of the strategic plan. This individual understands the need to achieve overall TPP goals and objectives through the use of research, national benchmarking and performance improvement. They understand the needs of TriHealth and support the mission, vision, values, and Trihealth Way of leading and managing the organization.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business

Healthcare Administration or related field

Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree

Must be proficient with computers

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent customer service skills including telephone etiquette

Must be flexible and adaptive to a changing environment

Experience working within an EMR such as Epic
