The Division of Cardiology at City of Hope provides expertise in clinical cardio-oncology and cardiac imaging, including a full array of noninvasive cardiovascular imaging services to assist with the surveillance of cardiac function and diagnosis of heart disease. Based upon our areas of clinical expertise and our basic, translational and clinical research programs, the International Cardio-Oncology Society has recognized City of Hope as a Center of Excellence in the field of Cardio-Oncology. We collaborate with our surgeons and anesthesiologists to offer preoperative risk assessments and clinical optimization before major surgery. We also network with interventional cardiologists, cardiac electrophysiologists and cardiac surgeons at Cedars-Sinai, Keck Medicine of USC, University of California, Los Angeles, Huntington Memorial Hospital and Methodist Hospital in Arcadia, California.
