Job Summary

F3EA, Inc, is seeking independent contractors for different training opportunities at multiple locations across the United States. This is an independent contractor position with per diem, travel, and lodging covered. Training scenarios will be conducted in controlled environment to ensure safety. Provides verbal and written feedback to the unit as required.

Role and Responsibilities
  • The Independent Contractors will fill a specific role based on experience, needed to accomplish training requirements based on customer needs.
  • Individuals must be able to follow the direction of the F3EA exercise leader during training scenarios - geared towards the accomplishment of the customers mission - military, law enforcement, and 1st responder/medical provider personnel.
  • Independent Contractor may be in the vicinity of special effects pyrotechnics - grenade/artillery simulators, smoke, etc. Helmet, eye, and ear protection will be provided.
  • The Independent Contractor may be in the vicinity of blank firing and marking round firing weapons.
  • The Independent Contractors will be proficient in acting out the type of scenario assigned. Coaching/directing on acting will be provided prior to event.
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Ability to act out specific roles as assigned.
  • Must be willing and able to travel to various training sites across the US.
  • Valid Driver's License (Varies based on training requirements)
  • The ability to, read, write, and speak English is required.

  • US Citizenship (Varies based on training requirements)
Physical Demands/Work Environment
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions - weapons, explosions, smoke, simulated blood, etc.
  • Must be able to tolerate tight spaces, the dark, and all-weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand, sit, lay in position for significant periods of time.
