Key Responsibilities

As the Division Director of Housing & Homeless Services, you will:



  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Housing & Homeless Services Division, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Oversee multiple programs and projects designed to support the homeless population, with a focus on equity and sustainable outcomes.
  • Supervise and develop staff, fostering a culture of compassion, excellence, and accountability.
  • Direct all budgetary, administrative, and operational aspects of the Division, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Represent the organization in policy-making associations and at local, state, and national levels to advocate for meaningful change in housing policies.
  • Build relationships with funding sources and negotiate contracts, grants, and amendments to sustain and expand vital services.


Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic leader with:



  • Management, administration, and/or supervisory experience in housing or related services.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, motivate staff, and create an inclusive, empowering workplace.
  • Strong fiscal management skills, with experience in overseeing budgets, contracts, and government regulations.
  • A deep commitment to equity and compassion, with the ability to navigate complex systems and advocate for the underserved.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and proficiency with data systems.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or English/Khmer) are a plus.
