Position Title: Customer Experience Manager- Waterford, CT - 1st Shift - Monday - Friday - Up to 50% regional travel Contribute towards the goal of above market organic volume growth. A key element is to retain existing customers and reduce the amount of effort they need to expend while doing business with Airgas. Our mission is to advance our customers' performance with superior value through an effortless experience delivered safely, reliably and sustainably by inspired associates. This role will also be responsible for training associates on the SAP computer system. Candidates should be able to perform training to a variety of associates including: New Hire, Acquisition and retraining for associates needing to expand their knowledge on the system.
